How do I make a deposit into my account?
Visit one of our locations and see a customer service representative during our normal business hours, use our Night Drop Box available at each of our locations, direct deposit, or mobile deposit through our free app.
We check our Night Drop Box every morning with the exception of Sundays.
Mobile Deposits made after 3:30pm EST, will be credited on the next business day.

Who do I contact if my debit card was lost or stolen?
Send Us A Message, call our Call Center at 740-653-5115, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm, or send us a secure message through your online banking. If after business hours, please call 740-653-5115 option 1.
Debit Cards can be turned OFF through our mobile app and online banking. Simply click “Manage Cards” from the menu, and a list of your active debit cards will appear. Select “turn card off” or “turn card on.”
How do I order checks?
Call our Call Center, stop at a branch near you, or send us a message through your secure online banking to request checks.
How do I enroll in personal or business online banking?

I am locked out of my online banking account. How do I regain access?
Click “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” located on the login screen and follow the prompts. Or contact our Call Center at 740-653-5115.
How do I sign up for E-Statements?
Contact our Call Center, visit a branch near you or send us a message through your secure online banking.
